Dwell
Even amid outright attack from the enemy
We can find rest and refuge in the presence of the Lord
He who dwells in the shelter oft the most high
-El elyon, the God we worship and praise-
-Will abide in the shadow of the almighty-
El shaddai, the God who miraculously moves,
Provides, and displays his power.
So much hinges on our commitment to abide,
And our devotion to dwell
Sovereign over us
Even the dark night of the soul we remember
That our God has plans to prosper us
And not to harm us, not only that,
He actively works all things
-even the schemes of the enemy-
For our good, and for his glory.
